All content published and made available on our website, including the ecommerce site, are owned by the Sites creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos and the artwork of artists Telegraph Cove Art Gallery represents.
Sale of the Artwork and Products
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all artwork and products available on our Site. All images, measurements and descriptions are as accurate as possible; however, some variations may occur. Wood is a natural product, some movement may occur, depending on your location and temperatures . You agree to purchase all artwork and products at your own risk.
Payments

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. Your information is secured and processed by Square.
We reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction should the item become unavailable or if the transaction is thought to be dishonest or illegal.
Crating, Shipping and Delivery
Artwork and furniture are professionally crated at an extra fee to the customer. Shipping may be arranged by contacting us. telegraphcoveartgallery@gmail.com

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of representing artists, all sales are final. We want you to love your purchase. If you have any concerns with the product you purchased, please contact us to discuss it.

All sales, transactions, interactions are governed by the laws of British Columba, Canada, regardless of country of the final destination.
Privacy Policy
Telegraph Cove Art Gallery Ltd. respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we use our customer’s identifiable information (Customer Information) , such as names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, credit card information. Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing a customer’s order. The Customer’s Information is not retained once the order has been completed. We do not currently produce any marketing campaigns or newsletters. In the future should we employe these marketing tools, a customer would need to subscribe to the service if they desired to use it.
No Customer Information would be retained for any marketing purposes that was collected to process a sale. No Customer Information is sold to any third-party. Telegraph Cove Art Gallery will never sell or exchange our Customer Information to anyone other than a secured third-party credit card processor, such as Square.
