Don Bastian offers unique hand carved wood creations for both residential, school and commercial applications.

With a belief that “Art is no longer just for the walls” Don brings artistic life to his hand carved Doors, Tables, Benches, Chairs, Furniture pieces, Wall Accents and Artwork for every room in your residence, office, retail and commercial outlet, yacht or wine cellar.

Don works with his clients and/or their Designers and Contractors on a one to one basis. Each work is original, handcrafted and custom made specifically for the client.

There is no production line, just a very unique artist some have called a "wood whisperer".

Whether your project is a carving, dining table, door, kitchen, commercial complex, or a small carpentry job/repair it will receive Don's personal touch and expertise.

Don works with reclaimed woods and other materials, such as metal, stone or glass, sometimes blending something of sentimental value into renewed works of art to be featured in the client’s home.

Old wooden shipping crates and antique chandeliers have been made into treasured coffee tables. Beach glass and shell collections have been placed into benches.

Yacht hatches have been given an added touch of class with a small carving added to them to peak into the galley at a hand made live edge yacht table.

Don displays his carvings in art galleries and retail outlets. With an eye for display he is often called to create retail and art gallery displays, theatre sets, artistic display/framing solutions, museum and retail displays.
